Review by hotel critic
Review of Arne's Place, Arugam BayDuring our delightful three-night stay at Arne's Place, we experienced the charm of a family-run beachside retreat that prioritizes comfort and inclusivity for families. The spacious villas were a perfect fit for us, equipped with ceiling fans that kept the ambiance pleasing throughout our visit. We appreciated the tour desk's assistance in arranging local excursions, which allowed us to explore the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of Sri Lanka together. An experience that stood out was participating in a beach clean-up, enabling us to bond as a family while contributing positively to the community. The hotel's relaxed atmosphere made us feel at home, where staff, like Haleem, truly went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Whether you're seeking family-friendly amenities or memorable experiences, Arne's Place offers a welcoming haven that resonates well with visitors of all ages.
